Just completed all relevant documents like passport, Ids etc and now I would like to apply for visa application but I am confused what type of visa I need to apply? is it VAF4A or I have to apply for family visa? I become British Citizen in 2017.

Have you read through the requirements? You need 6 full months of bank statements to correspond with payslips. If you are using combined income that needs to be 6 bank statements each unless you are both paid in the same account. You also need employment contracts, P60s, and 6 letters addressed to ...

she was on dependent visa, which expired over a year ago (during the FLR(M) application process),My brother got ILR in 2012. We applied FLR(M) in mid 2012 which refused in Nov2013 then two appeal been made, final appeal refused last month. Her 10 years completed in March 2014.
