You will be awarded 10 points if:

worker, so in your case as you and your wife are applying for Tier 2 Leave to remain (Extension) at the same time, you don't have to show maintenance.

Shouldn't be a problem, however if your dependants apply separately they have to meet the maintenance requirement and as of today it would be 630*2 for 90 days, unless your employer satisfy their maintenance on the COS.

Re: Tier 2 online application query

Hi,

If you are being routed to the online application via https://www.gov.uk/tier-2-general/extend-your-visa

then it will prompt you to the correct form, and you are applying for "Tier 2 Leave to remain" you will not find "Tier 2 Extension" form.

Re: Tier 2 (General) - Visa Extension

Point to consider is the "Visa issue date", so if the issue date is 23/03/2018 when you attend the same day service appointment, and you have paid fees for 3 years visa, you will not be given more than 3 years+14 Days or End Date on the COS whichever is shorter. So if you put end date whic...

Re: Tier 2 (General) - Visa Extension

Will it be starting from the day I'm going to attend the Premium Service Centre i.e 23/03/2018 and the expiry date will be 22/03/2021? Yes, the above quoted option, you'll lose the time towards end of your visa. The second point will only be relevant when you actually do a change of employment appl...
