Tier 2 Extension 30K Query

Hi,

I understand that there is a requirement of 30K if you extend your visa, my question is if this 30K is for 40 hours or 39 hours?

My contract is for 37.5, will it be pro-rated as per the number of contracted hours?

Any suggestions would highly be appreciated.

Hi, I hv also recieved an email from Sheffield..i believe all applications are processed in Sheffield including non-settlement since they hv changed the workflow.

Entered UK in 1998 on a visit visa then overstayed until applied for ILR in 2012 which was initially refused by HO with a right of appeal and then granted in 2013 by the court.

Is it (945+650) or just (650)
