Re: Application Submission and Doc Upload

Thanks for the above answers. Please can I also confirm if I can apply and upload the documents to UKVCAS on different dates? Like I apply today and upload the documents to UKVCAS website next week? One of my letter is pending which is holding me back in uploading all the docs to UKVCAS straightaway...

Re: Set (O)_Financial support question

Hi there,

Let's wait for any senior member to respond to this.

I'd personally provide the latest BRP only and wait for the latest payslip if my visa is not running out you are exempted from the threshold anyway as you said your job is in SOL.

Re: Set (O)_Financial support question

The only documents required are mentioned above, the p60s, council tax letters and tenancy agreements are not required for you to apply for ILR if you are main tier 2 holder and applying on 5 years basis. You will need them as evidence of cohabitation when your husband applies for ILR as your partne...

Re: Should I wait till priority visas are available?

Also... my wife has been on a dependent visa(tier 2) since November 2016. I initially thought her next application will be similar to her last dependant application. But it looks like she will have to apply as a dependent /partner of someone settled in the UK. Is this correct? Does this also mean t...

New SOC Codes Query

Hi, I am trying to understand that once the new SOC codes are implemented and new codes are added on SOL, can one change the employer without the need of RLMT? For example 2135 is currently partially in SOL but when it moves completely to SOL, can one switch without the need of RLMT after 6th Oct? M...

Re: PBS Dependent Leave Query

Hi, Apologies for asking this question again, I need some more clarity in how to count absences so I can plan future absences accordingly for my PBS Dep wife, who came to UK in April 2016, and will complete five years in April 2021, I hope. Her last visa extension was issued in Sep 2018. So the only...
