Hi diwakr21,

You should register your daughter after getting your ILR if she is born in the UK and you have to apply for Naturalization as a British Citizens not for British passport. You can apply British Passport once you received you British Nationality by naturalization.

Yes you can apply with your current passport and you will get ILR on card. As you are spouse of BC, you can apply BC when you complete 3 years residency requirements. Good luck.

You should call HMRC and paid your underpaid tax on phone. HO will check your tax record and if they found you didn't paid tax then it may affect your BC application. Good luck.

Hi Smam, As it is only Fixed Penalty Notice you received in last 12 Months and not issued in Court, It shouldn't affect your BC application. Just declare in application and you will get approval. Good luck.

You don't need to register marriage as your wife already got ILR as spouse of BC. Pakistani wedding is OK.

You don't need to show previous history as HO already have BRP record and she got ILR. Just send all documents with application as mentioned in AN Form for BC Spouse.

Yes, She can apply now as spouse of British Citizens 3 years qualifying period. She is exempt from 12 months on ILR before BC application. Good luck.
