I have a question , when they called me to collect the documents they gave me a paper which just tell that u will receive ur BRP in next 7 days. no mention of any approval or anything. I have taken the sponsor letter on march 8th and my appt in on april 2nd week , do i need to get letter current dated letter or it is enough. Also , i have taken company seal on online payslips ,is that necessary to get letter on letter head mentioning all my online payslips are genuine.

i called up homeoffice after a long wait customer service rep Markus responded to my query. He asked me to fill in the updated version of set O form and leave the payment page blank as i have paid it during booking appt. The current form does not have any in person fees . Just u need to carry ur pay...

i just saw the set 0 new version , this form does not have the In person payment fees details . pls guide me as I have my appt next week. do i need to fill this form or i should carry the old form.

I have booked the appt on 2nd week of march and still can use the same form even though they have introduced a new set o form or shall i fill in both new and old form and take it along with me. pls suggest

Hi,
I have booked an appointment and paid the 1+2 dep fees online for ILR in croydon on 15th April. I heard from my frnd that there will be changes introduced to SET O form from april 6th , if yes , do i need to fill in the new form and if any increase in fees, how do i pay.

so u mean to say that even if i apply for ILR my spouse will still remain in the same status as tier 2 dependant and I can apply for her ILR before the expiry for tier 2 ?

Thanks for your reply. From march 2009 to 2012 Aug I was in ICT for that period I dont have the P60 . From 2013 I have received the P60 from my current employer.

Will this be an issue while applying ILR

I will be applying for ILR in Feb 14 . Do i need to apply ILR for my son who is 10 yr old born in India .. Is that not possible that after I get the ILR , my son can directly apply for citizenship.

1. 12 months payslip

2. 12 months bank statement

3. Letter from employer reg the continuity

4. p45 and p60

5. Degree certificate

6. Utilityy bill

pls confirm are these docs sufficient for applying ILR

Hi,

I'm switching to Tier 2 General from Tier 2 ICT and as part of my Tier 2 ICT extension I had my bio metric done . DO i need to book an appointment again for Bio Metric or just send the application to UKBA ?
