Finally, after exactly 3 months I received my COA this morning. I thank God and all for your encouragement. Goodluck to all still expecting theirs. Let's pray for the real deal to follow soon.

The form FLR(O) is what is normally used for the purpose of making human rights application. Your covering letter should explain details of your circumstance. Don't worry about the other categories mentioned. That's the right form to use. But I will strongly suggest you use a solicitor to package it...

Form FLR(O). It's a non asylum human rights application that says you have a right to private and family life. You already have a family life going on. And with your baby, you further argue for the best interest of a child (ZH Tanzania).
