I had a tiff with a previous employer last yr :P . But have got all my payslips in order-stamped and signed.
1.) does ukba call up prev employers for any background check?
2.)if ukba does call up will, will that employer mess my case for Tier1 extension?

Hi, Is it possible to move from Tier 1 to Tier 2? Situation is- I do not have enough points for a Tier 1 extension; and my employer is suggesting I get a Tier 2 visa sponsored through them. Will it have any impact when I apply for my ILR?
