I don't think that even the courts can award points to a non UK licence. Only the foreign authority can do so. Drivers on non UK licence are referred to the courts to get fines instead of the points. As far as I know, your credit history and payments you have defaulted will not affect your ILR application, unless you have any court judgements against you for unpaid debts.
