As the form ask for marital status, do I need to show marriage certificate?

It asks for Certificate of Sponsorship reference number - This I know It also asks Previous Certificate of Sponsorship reference numbers- Does this mean I need to fill the number of previous COS which I have used but got rejected as salary...
