I think ask your employer to do it. And if the HR a native- resolution is quick compare to Non. Email as well so that everything is recorded, UKBA normally respond within 3-5 days. I do hope this will be resolved but make sure your employer calls and inform UKBA about the situation to speed up.

I think, better show bank account statement, provide payslip as well if shows similar account trfd by employer to your account, good healthy bank balance, consider, what HE needs to show as evidence plus you as an individual for 3-6 months as required. Not sure, but maek sure you provide ample evidence of atleast 5-6 months prioe to marriage which may include- money transferred, phone bill(reflecting calls made to him,communication(letters, email etc) in your next action., maintan a good bank balance.... human rights thats the key.

I do not understand, why they need evidence for relationship prior to marriage when you have provided marriage certificate...

I am not sure if you can actually take a legal route, but yes you can make a fresh application. Ask for a raise, get a promotion letter, match the salary and re sub.

OMG- get your employer to speak with UKBA- they will elaborate it...

and remem it says

"on the date of the application." that means on teh date of application you are doing and will do same job as the one your employer has mentioned on COS..

yea, I just wanted to make sure as my employer has assigned COS to me and on SOC guidance it does says Prorata your salary according to the number of hours you work. 16.03 / hr for 37.5 hrs in a week, so was checking if I m doing it the right way or not for 36.5 hrs.

SOC- salary levels- 16.03/hr

Hi All,

I am trying to figure out the salary levels for this job-

1135- personnel managers-

Min salary on SOC guidance is 16.03/hr oconsidering 37.5 hrs in a week.

My salary is 31,500 gross annually and on a 36.5 hrs in a week.

My simple question is would this meet the required level...

Thanks, I just wanted to make sure it wont create problems later, as my date of mar is Nov 1 and I will need to file for dependent for my wife later on once my tier 2 is approved.
