i think it would b recorded as it shiwed up on my license counterpart for 4 years aswell so i m assuming it would be on pnc but it is spent now so i mentioned it . The only problem is i did not mention it in my previous apps

Visa extension with two unspent convictions

Hi guys i am applying for my student extension and i have two seperate convictions which r unspent

1. Lc20,IN10 july 2010
2. Lc20, IN10 mar2011

Will i be refused for extension or can i go ahead with the application ??

Any replies will be much appreciated

hi guys one of my friends had a drink driving conviction which was spent but he still had to mention it on the form as per the new rules but he didnt mention it at all and no one even checked n granted him the ILR today.. I am happy for him dont get me wrong but if HO says mention all the conviction...

i am applying for ilr 10 years by post and i wanted to ask that can i use NCS service where they verify n send the documents off to ukba as i wanted to keep my original passport in case i need to fly abroad my father not well at the moment ..

so the rehabilitation act does not apply to this no more ??
On my license it used o say LC20 and IN10

do i have to declare it still as it doesnt mention on set LR that i dont have to according to Rehabilitation act.

they wont amend it they will just pay the difference in the next pay thats all they will do,

i have checked and from today going back 7 payslips , the very furthest one which is on 2nd august is 1111.42 rest are all same at 1481.81

in my payslip its not mentioned as weekly pay but it is calculated as 4 weeks but on my contract my gross b4 tax is £377.06...

how do i calculate the income as per guidelines i have to divide by 6 months but i get 13 pays in 12 months so i miss out on a payslip amount and it affects my total incone calculation ?
