my pay comes into my wife's bank and it has been in overdraft lately . is that going to be a problem as I take it i have to show bank statements aswell.. I get paid 4 weekly hence i get 13 pays in 12 months how do i work that one out as in notes they divide every thing by 12 months n not the payslip...

my application was sent back because i filled in the wrong form and they sent it to old address even though i mentioned the current address on application and as they took money for application i thought it was being considered but after i chased tem up i found out that my docs were sent to old addr...

sorry i didnt explain it better . She was in pakistan in july 2012 and had no visa as her old visa ( student dependant) expired while she wa in pakistan. So after i got my psw in aug2012 i applied for her dependNt visa from pakistan and she was issued a visa in september2012 for the length of my vis...

only thing is my wife has got the visa from 15 august 2012 and not before 9 july 2012,
she has been in the uk before from 8 jul 2008 to 22 sep 2010
but had to go bk for some family reasons n she only came back in november 2012...

Hi guys , My wife applied for a dependant visa 3 days ago at Gerry's in Islamabad and when she went there they rejected her paper (VAF10) form and told her that all the form is filled online now from March 2012 which I did not know , Anyway form was filled and when it came to the part where it asked...

I have been advised to leave the employment part in the application blank as that form is supposed to be for all PBS dependant categories and I m not bound to be in an employment on PSW when applying for dependants meeting the maintenance ... So I am only gonna write Tier1 PSW in the main applicant ...
