Yes you do need the SET O form. I dont know which form for wife as I am sure you know that she cant apply for ILR as she has not been in the country for 2 years yet. Thanks for ur reply. I have contacted solicitor... & below is the reply... "As you are covered by the HSMP judicial review, ...
