you can apply for further leave to remain using flr o you will be granted the same year in line with your husband...this wont affect your husband to apply for pr after 5 yrs, he just have to prove that the eu national is doing her treaty right

you should apply for futher leave to remain using flr (o) u will be given the same year like the one your husband have got... this wont affect your husband from applying for permanent residence after completion of is 5 years all he has to do is prove treat right of the eu national

@greenie on my leave to remain its says no recourse to public fund and i already got an offer in a university to study nursing can i apply for NHS bursary or student finance? wont this affect my application when i want to extend my leave

i applied for discretionary leave to remain using (flr m) on the ground that my wife is a dependant of an EEA national ...she hold 5 years eea family member residence card, from 2009 to 2014... i was refuse which i appeal and won the appeal base on article 8 human right because of i got British mum ...

they have my passport when my visa was refuse they said my leave have been curtail...so they dint return my passport with other document......since they have my passport wit luck hope mine wont take that long

i recently won a in country appeal only on article 8 human right ground and it lapse 5 days for the home to challenge and i haven't hear anything from them can anyone please advise me on what to do next (the procedure) and how would they implement the appeal and grant me leave to remain thanks
