1. Your first entry into the UK at the beginning of the period of stay on which this application is based is 06/11/2010 2. Hi My first tier 1 visa issue date is 03 Sep 2010 and my UK entry date 06 Nov 2010. As the difference between the 2 dates is less than 90 days I am eligible to apply now. In case you are not travelling with your daughter outside UK before Sep 2012, you can always apply for her Visa when you apply for your own visa extension.
