Hi Please Help. I'm really confused about this. I received HSMP Approval Letter in 2008 from India and based on that I applied for Tier 1 General for entry clearance and since then I'm on Tier 1 General. I'm not sure which part of Section 12 is applicable to me, "12G Highly Skilled Migrant"...

If you dont mind me asking, what period did you use for your earnings. I mean which 12 months. Since you provided P60, was it from April14 - Mar15? and Did you also provide bank statements ?

ILR SET(O) Section 12 Confusion

Hi I had got HSMP approval letter in 2008 and using that I got Tier1 General Migrant visa in 2009. I am applying for ILR and filling SET O form and am confused about section 12. Which one would be the right category for me? The one related to HSMP or Tier 1 General Migrant? Please help. Regards Keyur

Tenance Agreement Requried

Hi friend,

Tenancy agreement is required and also get a NOC letter from your land lord stating that there is enough space for you and your wife and that he has no object.

this is absolutely required. I had done so for my wife dependent visa.

Hi,

Did you provide proof of residence with you application.

my extn. is due on 15 feb and my agent is asking for a proof of residence and proof of co-habitation and I'm apply with 1 dependent (my wife).

I am applying for my Tier 1 General Extention and my wife's Dependent Visa extension through Permits2Work.

They asked me for

1- Proof of co-habitation
2- "Lease agreement or recent mortgage statement"

Are these documents really required ? PLease help.
