1st April is a Sunday ( also Aprils fool day ). Where did you got this information from ?

We are all in same boat. AFAIK nobody has heard anything from INIS who have send documents in start of this year.

We are all hoping for March ceremony. We will have to wait and see what happens.

Yes she can. As she is married to Irish national ( you) and living in Ireland for 3 years or more.Processing time for spouse of EU is normally 6 months.
