Hi Ramesh, Dont worry about the 90 days rule,as it is no more relevant. Say in our case(me and wife), we have university degrees taught in English and listed in UKNARIC as well.

Hi cs95tdg,

I checked both the links. It does not talk about 90 day rule.

But in the form they asking whether you have stayed more than 3 months in a single stretch or overall absence crossing 180 days in 5 months period.

Please can u guide me on this subject :-(

Since 180 days or less are allowed absences in any calendar month, does it mean that continuous leave of 90 days are NOT in effect any more?
