If son was born in the UK and not travelling, then skip his leave to remain application. He will be entitled to register for British citizenship after you're granted ILR. Else, if he was not born in the UK, then do include him with your ILR application. If your wife has not spent at least 2 years w...

Re: When do I get my passport back after PEO

If your application will be successful then you get your passports back the same day with ILR stamped. Good Luck ILR vignettes are no longer issued on passport instead you'll now get a BRP. I "guess" you'll get your passport back once a decision is reached at PEO and subsequently BRP will...

Regarding your wife, as she has not spent 2 years yet in UK she will have to apply for an extention and cant get ILR at present. You will need to fill FLR (M) form for her and I guess same for your child too (i am not sure bout the child though). Once she completes her 2 years in jan 2013, then you ...

Usually you will need to have 12 months bank statements as proof of your earning (I am assuming you are on Tier 1 G) that coroborate with your salary slips. home printed statements are not valid. If you have the time ask the bank to send you the rest of the statements. If not, go to a branch and hav...

If you go through the SET O form there is no where they ask for entry and exit details of your dependant. As being your dependant they dont have to be economically active in the country, its just you. As long as they have been in UK as your dependant for 2 years it should not be a problem.

Check your salary slips, if thre allowance is paid monthly and is part of the salary slip, most probably it is taxed. If that it the case then I am sure you can include it in your annual earnings.

Student visa does not count in your stay for ILR. You said that after student visa you were on Tier 1 general and then you switched to Tier 1 dependent. You will need to give the dates from when you switched to Tier 1 from student and when you switched from Tier 1 to to dependant. Most probably your...
