According to smehmood, it is safe to use your finds while application is in processing...(as his clients have recived visa after removing funds) but to be safe, if you are using it for business purposes.. make sure there are invoices for the expenses... there is also a bit of clarification on the 3 month rule.. 46 - iii) Registered with HM Revenue and Customs as self-employed; or registered as a director You must have been registered as self-employed or a director of a business within the last 3 months before submitting your application as a Tier 1...

You can keep the money long enough to get the statement and letters(if out of uk) from bank but
you should also think of of a plan if the UKBA requests an updated statement ?

1. We have establish a company/register as self employed before the visa

Change to Dependant Visa inCountry

Hello Everyone,

I am applying to switch from PSW to Tier 2 this week,

my wife is in the UK with me on a PSW with (Not dependent)

can she apply with me as a dependent on this application or she has to apply from India?

Can anyone please clarify

Thanks guys feel more confident about it now,
