There shouldnt be any issues as you will still have a valid visa by the time you return from Pakistan.. I was in a similar situation with ICICI Bank india.. the manager said they will only do letters as per their templates.. Finally i gave up and transferred money to UK.. thats the best way :(

if you are sure you can get a letters and statements as per UKBA requirements (with funds outside UK)go ahead.. it shouldnt make too much of a difference.

on a different note If you are planning on investing the same money.. You shouldnt be concerned about the exchange rate etc..

how can you come back once you submit your passport?

if you meant.. you wanted to study while on entrepreneur visa.. i beleive there is nothing stopping you as long as your actively pursuing your business as well as according to new UKBA rules, they might check at any point

You can switch even on the last day of your visa (providing UKBA doesnt change the rules for this visa)

as for investing into a company, you can always do that as long as your occupation is above NQF Level 4, as discussed earlier

and yes even a day of 50k should be fine. and the guidance doesnt state anything about having the money in account for a period of time

i am not sure if possible, but check with your bank if the Draft has been cashed(I sent in a postal order and could call up and check if they were cashed)
