IELTS Academic Not Accepted - 3 working days to respond??

Dear Fellow Forum Members I have received a letter today (24 December) asking me to send in an approved language certificate and been given a deadline of 3 January 2016 to comply. The letter says that the deadline won't be extended under any circumstances and if I won't provide this evidence by this...

Re: Student over 21 dependent on parent?

As I said a couple of posts above, she did indeed contribute towards my living as it is difficult to make a living out out solely a student loan.. But before you'd ask, I don't have any bank statements to prove that.. http://www.airecentre.org/data/files/resources/17/EEA-permanent-residence-29-Apr-2...

Re: Student over 21 dependent on parent?

My mum lives in a small town with no university, so I moved out and only resided at her's out of term time.

Re: Student over 21 dependent on parent?

I have been a student for the whole 5 year period, without CSI, this is why I'd like to apply through my mother. She has been in the UK working full time since 2007. She kept all her P60s, so she has solid grounds for PR. I've turned 21 in 2010, but been financially dependent on her as I was a full ...

Student over 21 dependent on parent?

Hi all! It is a very complicated topic, but hopefully some of you might have already came across it.. I am a 25 year old EU national and have been living in the UK since September 2008. I graduated from my university course in 2012 and started working full time straight after my degree course. I wou...

Naturalisation as a son of an EEA national?

Hi everyone, I would like to ask for the help of the experienced forum members. My mother (EEA national) will apply to be naturalised as a British Citizen (AN) , and I would like her to include me in her application. I am also an EEA national, spent more than 6 years continuously in the UK, but I ha...

So EHIC would be acceptable as a comprehensive sickness insurance? Yes. a non UK one. Also, if I won't qualify, would they accept me in my mother's applications, as a dependant of her? If my mom would include me in her application, is she the only one who will have to get evidence of exercising her...

EEA4 is for non-EU nationals. If you are a EEA national, you need to apply using EEA3. Have you applied as a student for a Residence Certificate (form EEA1)? You didn't have to do that but if you did and if was as a student before June 2011, the HO will waive the requirements for health insurance. ...

Student applying for EEA4, comprehensive sickness insurance?

Hi! I'm new to this forum, hope you can help. I'm an EEA national, and planning to apply for EEA4 Residence Card, and I've been a student during the whole 5 year period. I didn't know about the need of a sickness insurance, as no one really told me and NHS is free for student, I wasn't really bother...
