Born Child in UK

Hi,
I have question on my friend's behalf.
his child and he got ILR in Feb 2012.
They are going to apply for BC naturalization.
Child was born here in 2009 and got Indian passport with ILR

Can he directly apply for British passport without naturalization for his child?

Thanks

They all dispatched same time by UKBA. I did'nt received my card, after one week of receiving my passport. I randomly enquirer with DXsecure to see if they got any parcel for me. They fail to deliver in first attempt without leaving any notification. They confirm and send for me only. I was surprise...

@Ku85

I also had same issue.

I would suggest to email DX secure and ask if they have any parcel on your dependent name.

Cheers

@mansi,

Do they verify any of time spend outside UK in 5 yrs?

Reason I am asking because in last 3 years I spend total 40 days out of UK just informing my manager, but not applying any leave with Human resource.

So I am just worried if they will verify this leave with HR or not ?

Thanks

You can not work.
I think, you can do some volunteer work if you wish but not any paid job other than your sponsor.

Sorry I misunderstood that your husband is on T2G or T2ICT.

Home office messing up all working visa category since they introduced PBS.
It is hard to follow new rules and judge whether stay in same category or make a switch.

All the best..
