I have been away from uk in 2011 forr 150 days and in 2012 for 173 days for holiday do i need extentend my tier 1 (general) visa again or am i elgible as per new rules.

I have stayed outside for 8 months so to be elgible for ILR i need to take 2nd extension. Can any one please say me how long 2nd extension valid for? (will it be for 8 months or will it be default for 2 years)

its my own salary but salary was credited into my friends account however payslips will be on my name

My salary was credited into my friends account because there was problem with my account. i can take letter from my employer that my slarary was credited into my friends accont. However pay slips will be on my account
