For me its no. Reason I defined in my thread. May be I am wrong but that's what my understanding is. There were no such point in guidance availabe before july or so. But it is unclear.

Well I post my comments around one month ago in "Tier 1 Entrepreneur Processing Time" that the delays are deliberate and they have something else in their mind so here we go. Now the refusal rate definitely goes high with stupid reasons.

Bad news for Tier1 (E) applicants

Bad news for all new and those applicant who havn't got their decesion till 30 jan that Tier1 (E) policies has been changed. And it will apply on all those applicant as well whose application haven't been decided till 30 jan. All the changes are bit strange they leave everything on caseworker now.

They haven't updated the processing time for a while now. Doesn't sound optimistic at all. Exactly! on the other hand Tier 2 General etc are being processed for all applications where the applicant attended biometrics in Jan! Yes, and if you see Tier 1 (G) date, the applications processed are ahead...

Sorry, but date change is totally rubbish i m following it since last four and half months and afteward i realize that date is changed automatically after every15 days. So guys they people r just making us fool.. But we cant do anything other than wait. So best of luck to all of us.

Maximum time would be 6 months. But the processing time is increases with time. Meanste ujba performence goes down with time.
