Re: Tier 1 (enterprenuer) EXTENSION

Why don't you read the policy guidance. It will save a lot of time. EmployeeS salaries count as investment otherwise you can't invest that much money. Hats off for you accountant though. You found a brilliant star from whole UK. :) No Momi, FKS21177 is right. This visa rules are very complicated an...

why there are very few extension applicants

I got visa in 2013 and as far as I remember there were loads of applicants who got it before me. Just wondering where are all they gone? are they not applying for extension.

Its a long time since we saw any failure or success story for extension applicant here in this forum.

In my understanding yes you need to produce at least 3120 hours of employment. In your case you can do this with one employ by hiring him/her for two years. Hope this helps.

Someone has given you wrong information. There is no such condition of 3 months. Whenever someone gives you this sort of information, always ask for reference. You are allowed 6 months outside UK in one year. Now it is up to you whether you take few short breaks or stay 6 months in one single trip. ...

For me and what I understand from Hammad comments. You just need to put the money in you company account to meet the 200k investment requirement. Because once the money submitted in to the company account you cannot take it out in a normal way you have to pay tax etc.
