I don't think it's something you should be too worried about. As it's over the 90 day threshold, I believe what they are going to be doing is contacting your employer directly to confirm this 116 days out of the country and for what reasons. If it really was business, then you shouldn't need to worr...

In the SET(O) Form on Page 34, section 10G it states:

If you are employed, document(s) showing your economic activity and your personal earnings during your stay in the UK.

So that to me, means you need your P60's for that time + pay slips + bank statements

I think you should be honest on your application form as from what I understand, they do have access to the criminal database and if this was reported as a crime and you were officially fined, there is more than likely record of that on some system somewhere. I am not an expert in the UK Law, but if...

If you are applying under WP, then you must have all 5 years P60s. you also need a letter from your employer which should state your SOC code, your salary (should be above your threshold) and that you will still be needed for this job. Correct, I just did mine today under the WP scheme. They only t...

FunkMaster If you have any doubts on this, I would suggest calling up UKBA and asking them directly. They call normally gets through to someone within 5 mins. Yeah I called them, the lady wasn't of much help to be honest ... basically told me that I can apply to get the information I am seeking fro...

All, I've been doing some further reading and found some additional paperwork and from what I can gather is this: I was issued a Tier 2 (sponsored) Work Permit for which I entered the UK on, upon getting a permanent job with the company I was being contracted too, they transferred the Work Permit to...

Hello, Thanks for your responses, so as I am not 100% sure on that, would it be safe enough for me to fill in the entire SET(O) form, excluding the section on Tier 1 points scoring system as I don't believe that applies to me. Now the question just begs in my mind, do I select "Work Permit Hold...

Another Daft Question about ILR

Hello All, Many thanks in advance to all those who take the time to assit me with my query. I acquired a Work Permit through a consulting firm back in 2005 and entered the UK at the end of 2005 and worked for about a year and half on that Work Permit. My work permit in my passport does not say anyth...
