Re: Certificate of British Citizenship

Hi Harmeet,

I did not apply through NCS. The council also advised me to call on Tuesday as they usually get delivery of the certificates on Tuesdays. But I still called on Monday ( afternoon) & they had my certificate.

Hi Ali, I am sorry to hear about this. However, quite frankly I don't think you will be able to convince Home office to allow you leave to remain on the grounds you have cited in this thread. I am also from Pakistan and most of my acquaintances/friends from Shia sect are living peaceful life without...

Re: ILR Approved ---ICFN Card Production check-sheet

Hi Riz1986,

Yes you are right I should not worry about this. I think this is something for their internal reference and they mistakenly handed over to me. I hope this will not delay production of my biometric card.

Many thanks

Discrepancy in the Net salary on payslip and bank statement

Hi All, I am due to apply for ILR by end of this month. I have noticed yesterday morning that the net salary credited into my bank account is different by £10 from the net pay mentioned on the last month's payslip ( April 2015). I queried this with the HR team & they advised me that they have ma...

Re: ILR-- earliest application date

Hi,

Thanks for your reply. It was an in-country application and my application date was 29th of March 2010. Visa stamping date was 24th of June, 2010. Also, my stay outside UK is not more than 60 days in total ( across four different trips).

I look forward to your feedback on this.
