HO don't care about your outgoings. Adequate maintenance is under the old pre July 2012 rules and not applicable to the new financial requirement of £18,600pa that has to be met. You don't need savings if YOU meet the financial requirements on your own to renew your spouse visa. Your partner's income does not have to be used (again). So I do need to take a life in the UK test!! Yes . Thank you. I had ring up the Life in UK test helpline and I will proceed to take the test before the summer. You can requset SAR file anytime and there is no time constraint and it normally takes 40 days to get it back so its good to apply atleat 3...
