Thanks for your response.
Assuming there was an immigration decision ( though I don't have this letter), which was appealed against, does sec 3c apply the period they lost my passport.

No I did not get a refusal letter. I was written a letter requesting for more documents about sponsorship details. But I never got this letter together with my passport as it went missing. Ukba merely returned my passport after they found it. They had already instructed us to go to court because I w...

I stand to be corrected, but I believe the new rules are tough on overstayers like the previous op had stated. You said she is from Nigeria, I don't think there is anything that stops her from going to apply from her country. However if she decides to still apply from within the uk, I do not think s...

It's quite unfortunate that you and your mum are in this condition.
However I believe it's not straight forward case and I don't think you can get all the answers here. But for starters try getting help from any legal centre, there are some options available for you.
Wish you the best.

Thank you lupooka for your response, however the child is only 4 years old and i dont think she knows where the father of the child is.

Does that document mean she is most likely to fail since they do not satisfy all the requirements. Pls can i have your opinion on this.
Thanks

Infact i applied in february and my HR, had written my work dates to be between feb and August. But i was only given 4 months and i switc...
