Re: Need to travel pakistan urgently

Why arent post office accepting my husband's naturalization form and a genuine letter that arrives with this certificate saying that you are British citizen now? Is this proof not enough? Because British nationality law doesn't work like that. He needs to prove he was settled before the chil...

Re: Biometric Info - can I give this from abroad?

If you are resident in the UK (and applying from the UK) it is highly unlikely that you will be able to do biometrics abroad.

What was the reason for underpaying tax?

If it was a genuine error (either on yours or HMRC's part), no need to worry, especially as you have paid it off.

If it was deception, well then, that's a different story :?

Re: After EEA2 expires in 5 years

The EEA(PR) form has existed for at least 12 months. It is a monster 85 page form which combines (and replaces) the old EEA3, EEA4, and RoR forms into a single, multi-use form. As per EU law (and UKVI guidance) though it is not mandatory to use it. You can still use the EEA4 form you have, or if you...

What is this coverage? Can it be purchased after returning to the UK from a UK based company? Health insurance can be purchased in the UK, from a UK based company. https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=health+insurance If your husband goes the self sufficient route, he will not be classed as exercising...

This is what the page looks like if they don't mess up the response to your SAR: http://i.imgur.com/6slclTo.jpg Wording your next request around that would be a good idea. I wish to know the date that UKVI has recorded for me acquiring the right to permanent residence under the EEA regulations for e...

If you have no other nationality and have never held any other nationality, I believe you have an entitlement to register as a British citizen under section 4B of the British Nationality Act 1981. https://www.gov.uk/guidance/home-office-registrations#section-4b-british-nationality-act-1981 Using for...

It wouldn't have mattered if you did; it makes no difference to his entitlement to British citizenship.

What is your nationality?

Re: After EEA2 expires in 5 years

Hi all, 1 more year on from my opening post on this EEA 4 subject. We have looked at the EEA 4 forms, and they look just as daunting as the EEA 2 forms did. Just out of interest, which form(s) are you actually looking at? As the current UKVI form to apply for a DCPR or PR card is called EEA(PR). Th...

Returning as a visitor is probably the worst thing she can do. You should seriously rethink this option before you go ahead with it. Even if by some miracle she is admitted as a visitor (despite an obvious intention to settle as she has presumably just spent 2.5 years here on a spouse visa ),...

Since you have not been in the UK for a massive period of time, it is best to just list everything and let UKVI work it out.

He can't "register" his religious marriage because the UK will not recognise it. He will need to register his intent to marry, and will almost certainly be required to attend an interview with the Home Office. It's highly likely that he will be detained at the interview with a view for rem...

You are not British but you have an entitlement to register as a British citizen by descent.

It costs £80 and the entitlement is life long.

Sounds like you've nailed it then - you can invoke the transitional arrangement which negates the need for CSI during your student period. There's also no need to have CSI as a worker. I'm not sure about the online application as it is fairly new and I haven't done it myself. You may be better off a...
