Hi,
I applied for my in laws 6 weeks back for 10 year family visitor visa and they both got it within 1 week of application date without any problem. Let me know if you have any specific query.
Note: They visited UK once before this on a 6 months visa

Just add your wife in the current proprty and start paying full council tax. That's the only way forward. You don't HAVE to attach all those old council tax bills. Just attach the current one with your wife's name on... This is a such a pointless thing to do, do not create trouble for yourself. If ...
