Re: child settlement visa

Sorry for late reply, I had a letter from my son, my mum and dad. My husband just had a statement to support our relationship and that he wishes for my son to live with us as a family and he will provide for him. I filled appendix 2 because I applied for my visa at the same time with me.

Self employed annual salary of £13 000 and due pension

thank you very much I was under the impression that a pension can be counted towards income not savings if you are self employed.

Self employed annual salary of £13 000 and due pension

My husband is self employed and earns £13 000; however he is due a pension lumpsum of £35 000. Need to know if I will be able to apply for spouse visa under current rules using his pension lumpsum in the current financial year.

Thank you

Thank you very much its just that you really don' know if a solicitor is just saying so because they want your money or they can actually represent you properly. A year seems to be very long time to be away from my husband though.

I have and they have applied for a reconsideration; however I am worried that I am just wasting time and waiting when I could have a quicker decision by going home but am worried about the repercussions of accessing medical care on NHS to my application.

You can get married they will not prevent you. You ARC card and utility bill is enough evidence to prove who you are. You only can register with a designated registrar office. I got married the that way, but remember you will still be illegal when you get married so they will ask you to go and apply...
