Just to clarify

Ive never had any application refused or went to appeal or anything in my 11 year history

Apart from the 2007 period never had apps rejected

That was the only reason my ilr was refused

Hello All I called Ho on Monday, was told a package was despatched to my solicitor on monday itself and they gave me a tracking number. I was checking the number all day today and nothing was showing and Ive just checked the tracking number now, and it shows it has been delivered at 11.00 today!!! T...

Hi

I've called Home office today and been told a package has been dispatched for me today....I applied late August. My question is people seem to get their package through a courier (DX) whereas I was given a tracking number with ROYAL mail. Is that something I should worry About?

im still waiting. solicitor sent late august (dont even know the exact date). acknowledgement received by solicitor early september (04). bio was done quite late by myself (15 october). the bio invitation came quite late

Sorry biometric letter was received early october and was done on 15 october (quite late), dunno if that would have an impact on time taken for case to be worked .....

I have read somewhere that the "28 day rule" start ticking from the day the application has been sent back to me to the day the application is sent back to them. Is that true?
