Hello crazyjelly,

I personally think going for the Biometric and getting that done is the best way forward. They know that you are waiting for the lilcense and then the COS to come, so its not really your fault.

Fingers crossed.

Hi, when you said "Yep, well that's what i did at least. Just company letterhead and signature." does that mean you got your letter attested ??

Does the Employer's letter need to attested ?

Hi, I'm on a Tier2 General - and my visa is about to expire next Friday & don't have a COS. My HR has given a covering letter to me addressed to the UKBA.

My question is, do i need to get it attested ? Its on the company letter head and signed and stamped so should be ok, right ?

Extension ?

Hi, could i ask you if you knew anything about the procedure for an extension. Are payslips required ? Cause over the phone when i inquired about it i was told that a Tier 2 extension does not require any payslips but a new cos is needed.

Thanks for information in this regard.
