1) Yes, showing salary coming in from india to his account in India, while living in India itself. 2) Accommodation and offer letter can be arranged at the end of a year period, once we reach to that stage. Hi,

Sorry I actually meant, if my husband shows a income (salary) coming in to his account for £18600, then can we apply from India itself, without my husband needed to go back to UK??

1) I have NHS number and NI number and did pay taxes when I was in UK. Do I still need to pay £600 towards NHS????
2) While I returned from UK, I did get a refund for my taxes.
3) If my husband is able to show £18,600 from India itself in an account, then does that qualify us??

And also I was in UK since 2007, On student visa, then on PSW, then on Tier 1 in 2011, then extension on Tier 1 in 2013.

Im so sorry for the wrong info. It is Tier 1 general. I had applied my 1st visa in 2011.

I applied for my HSMP extension in April 2013 which is valid till April 2016.

I was running my own business, on which basis I had applied for HSMP.
Because I have been out of the country for a while, there is no money intake in the account.

My Tier 1 General is been refused because my Accountant was not registered with the 6 awarding bodies
My JR is in process can some one please help me with the JR
