i recently got my ILR, was thinking of applying for child benefits and child tax credits, working tax credits and if i do will this affect when i apply for naturalization.

if your case is simple do not use solicitor as they charge around anything between 500 - 1000

u get a letter stating we r returning ur passport and a leaflet explaining what haapens if a child born in uk, what if we commit crime, what happens if u leave uk and wht to do if it is more than two yrs that is all rest ur settlement visa states in the passport

i would say ask hmrc for emp history no harm its free and authentic comes in a week time usually eventhough they say 2-3weeks
