urgent query - Tier 1 Extension - previous earnings

My salary slip is dated 15 jan 2011.
My salary was credited to my bank account on 15 Jan 2011.
My salary slip does not have a salary period or state a particaular month.

Can I start my earning period of 12 months from 15 Jan 2011?

If I do this for the final period nov to dec there are 2 payslips. so 13 payslips in 12 months. will this be ok? the last payslip of 14 jan 2012 has only just come into this period because the company had paid all employees earlier for this month.

So can I apply as above? I have been working with this organization since may 2010.

or will they not consider my dec 14 2011 earnings? The pay slip just has a payment date not a pay period.

urgent query - Tier 1 Extension

Do I use the salary date i.e. the date on the salary slips and corresponding bank statements for the 12 month period? Or is it the period of actual work that is taken as earning period? For e.g.: If Salary date on the payslip for first month of consideration is 15 dec 2010 and date on payslip for th...

13 payslips in 12 consecutive months for Tier 1 ext

I get paid my monthly salary on the 15th of each month. Except for Dec11, I was paid my salary on 14th of Dec11. If I consider 15Dec10-14Dec11 as my 12 consecutive months earnings I will have 13 payslips instead of 12. Due to this fact I meet the qualification criteria for previous earnings. Am I co...
