Just Got a call from Gerrys to collect the passport.

But we only submitted on 27/03/2014 , what could be the reason for so early call ?

HI Does anyone now how long it takes to get tracking number of our applications ?
We submitted the spouse Visa application on 27-03-14 , and they only gave application reference number only and no tracking number.

LIUK Cert

Many thanks for your detailed explanation, its bit complected. I hope it won't confuse the (Baboos) clerks (Visa Officers) who love to reject Visas and never accept their fault unless you take them to court.

Bro, ukba website also says that a printout from points table which gives you points for qualification and english language, will be sufficient to prove the enlgish language part of the requirement. but I called home office and they said no it doesn't, either an english test or uk naric is required...

If you read the Guidance its clearly says "(c) have an academic qualification recognised by UK NARIC to be equivalent to the standard of a Bachelor's or Master's degree or PhD in the UK, which was taught in English"

What about the Dividends ?
If someone takes Just dividends from the company and in the last 12 Months total dividends comes to £18650. Would that be sufficient ?

I had the same issue, However if you read the guidance notes of English requirements it says. Applicant must "Hold an academic qualification recognised by UK NARIC to be equivalent to the standard of Bachelor or Masters degree or PHd in the UK , and CONFIRMED BY THEM AS TAUGHT IN ENGLISH" ...

My Advice is DO NOT apply for Spouse Visa just because you have a Degree Taught in English and UK NARIC compatibility statement. My Wife's Visa was rejected few month back just because of this. she has done MSc. If you read the Guidelines it clearly says " Candidate must Hold an academic qualif...
