Hi Rosaaa - looks like we are in similar situations - see my post: http://www.immigrationboards.com/viewtopic.php?t=95847 If I go ahead with my appointment on 05/03/2012 instead of just extending my visa, I will be sure to let you know how I get on. I too am interested to know if all PEOs have ''HE...

Is there anyone who has been in similar boat and who can suggest as to what can be done ? Hi AshMad, I think you should have applied for a Tier 1 extension first, and than tried for ILR. If it is not too late and if you have a good chance enough points etc.), it is better to extend your visa and wo...

ILR - what do you think, do I have any chance?

Hi everyone, I have just extended my Tier 1 General visa for another 2 years but in 2 weeks time I will possibly qualify for ILR. Previously I had WP for 2 years and Tier 1 for 3 years. I worked for one company until 3 months ago when I became a consultant - no issues there as I am doing ok. I have ...

Does calling them make a difference?
No, it does not... try online just after midnight for dates 40 days in advance.
For sooner appointments you will need some luck.
