ILR under tier 2 general in Solihull (premium service)

Hi members

Could I ask the members applied for ILR under Tier 2 general @ Solihull (premium service) to confirm when they take the payment for the application please ?

I.e; Payment to be made before the case worker verifying your documents or after verifying documents.

Thanks

Could I ask Gurus / Moderators to give their opinion please?

Has anybody been recently applied ILR for wife under Tier 2 General (who is not in UK for full 2 year qualifying period) with success?

Thanks

Absence under Tier 2 general

Hi

I took 45 days unpaid leave on one occassion on my Tier 2 general visa; I didn't take more than 90 days at a stretch or 180 days/year out of the country during my 5 year period.

Would that 45 days unpaid leave be an issue?

Please advise me.

Thanks
