Hi all
I am british citizen & getting married in Feb in India. My fiancée holds Indian citizenship but works in US

1.Can he apply UK spouse visa from USA?

2.Should he handover his passport for the entire duration of the application process(12 weeks)?

When ever i had paid the salary from business account say after 7 PM,the transaction is shown as if it is done on the next day in business account statement;
whereas the exact date is shown in personal statement.

when i booked appointment on 19th june it kept showing technical error.But after sometime i got mails saying my appoinment is booked and confirmed.
Called homeoffice and confirmed that the booking is infact made.


I am planning to take the printout of my mails is that not sufficient?
