Hi D4109125,

Thanks for the reply, we have no childrens yet and have a savings of only £2000 as I had to support myself from my savings for the last few months.

I guess in that case my wife should leave to india before her visa runs out and get her ILR done.

Guys, Ask your MP to drop an email, I did the same and I guess it worked as I emailed him on Tuesday and he email HO on Tuesday and the visa was stamped on Wed so I am guessing this had some impact. Ask your MP to drop an email, I did the same and I guess it worked as I emailed him on Tuesday and he email HO on Tuesday and the visa was stamped on Wed so I am guessing this had some impact.

Still waiting to hear back from HO... does any know within how many days will the senior case worker need to respond from the date of receiving file from the case worker.

Hi, Rang the HO on Friday said the same thing your application will be included to the postal application but then why the F I payed at PEO. But guys when you say 2-3 weeks turn around time is it from the date of submitting the additional docs or from the date we originally submitted the application...
