Eea 2/PR flying to and from UK

I was hoping someone could answer this for me.,after receiving either your RC or PR, are the holders able to fly without their EEA national flying with them? And which queue do you join coming through immigration? (normally, I would always join Non-EU) i hope these questions don't sound silly

I sent my eea2 application on feb 20, it was received by HO at 7:59am on feb 22. I have read by people on this forum that it will take 3-4 weeks to receive the COA. I'm waiting the 4 weeks, then I'll ring. Hopefully someone from early feb will post and let us know how they have got on :)

Date you last entered the uk

do I put the date I arrived on my work visa in 2009 or when I returned from a trip to Canada in 2011? Was in Canada for 12 days. Flew in to Dublin airport both times so no UK stamp.

Good evening. I am about to send off my EEA 1 and 2 applications and thought best to check something before I did. We are applying as an un-married couple. My partner is Irish and I am Canadian.
