Biometrics, would it be taken again for ILR ?

Hi Everyone, Could you please tell, if someone has got BRP card recently for Tier 1 General extension and want to apply for ILR, would HO take their biometrics again or just use the info they already have ? Can the BRP card help them avoid the delays existing due to Biometrics system issues ? Regards,

Thank you 1971 for your advice and template. I'll have all these documents ready. Do you think I should go for ILR and apply in person or apply for FLR first and then after a few months apply for ILR ? Do you think delaying my ILR application for a few months would make a difference and help my case...

Dec03ec, Thanks for your reply. Yes it would be too much of a risk to apply on July 2nd but then they may not let me apply on June 6th. I hope someone can shed a light on this matter, someone who has applied successfully 28 days before the visa expiry date. Nk_se, Thanks for your reply. It would be ...

Hi Everyone, Please excuse me for asking a question that has been asked before but I am a bit confused now. My HSMP visa started on july 4th 2007 and I entered UK on july 30th 2007. Now : - Should I apply 28 days before July 4th or July 30th ? I called HO twice and got a different answer each time !...
