Thanks very much for your reply Obie. We would need to prove change of circumstances I believe, which might be hard as well. Probably we should look into Tier entrepreneur visa, but it's a lot of money needed.

Hello Siv, Thanks very much for your reply. My parents are living in Russia, Petrozavodsk. They do own their flat, but we are in the process to transfer this property on my name or the name of my child. They have very low salary and I hope I can prove they are dependent, because we it's not enough f...

Just had a long conversation with a lawyer. Apparently they don't know anyone who got dependent UK visa under 65, so they advised to apply for EEA family permit, but I need to prove dependency. It's not about how much money I am transferring, but about how much money they earn and proving it's not s...

Very good question Siv. I am in the same situation. I am transferring 500 pounds a month to my parents. Do you think it's enough? Did you get an answer from lawyer or anyone? Thank you!

Were you successfull in bringing your mum in? I am in the same situation, married to a french citizen. I would like to bring my parents in as a eea family member. Do you know if it's enough to show that I transfer them 500 pounds a month on their joint account to prove dependency? Many thanks!

Thank you for your reply. I understand I can apply only when I have ILR or British passport. I'll have it in 2 years time, just want to be ready beforehand. Will investigate EEA regulations, but I am not sure parents in law are family members. Thanks for your reply!
