Family visit visa docs

Hi

Can you advise on the documents needed to invite my parents on family visit. As mentioned earlier they are financially dependant on me hence what docs from my side would be needed..and also from their side.

Thks so much it's really frustrating its like for tier based visa u should be earning decent and then to serve your parents one has to show that they cannot afford additional cost back home inspite of earning foreign currency.....I am really disappointed ...dependant husbands are allowed who are you...

Also my stay autside uk ia around 141 days of which 80 days for work related have not travelled anywhere since ilr and I hope to avoid travelling ..also on qualifying residential I have been in uk since may 3rd 2007

When u say 450 days in 5 years ...do u mean the 5 days towards ILR or 4 year towards ILR + final year without immigration control.

I would agree with mailppk . As long as you entered within 90 days of getting visa, you can use the visa stamp date to satisfy the 5 years continues residency requirement. Thanks everyone nad the 55 days dont get counted towards 180 days limit. Can you confirm the same and also help with the Letter...
