Re: Citizenship ceremony extension - Help Please

Thanks noajthan

Not sure about section 6(2) of BNA, but i'm naturalised as wife of a british citizen - 3 years as spouse of BC.

I'm trying to extend the ceremony beyond 90 days if it's easy and wondering if anyone had managed to get this in the past.

Re: Naturalisation application processing timelines (only)

Can someone advise the email address of home office to request citizen ceremony extension please? Is it FurtherNationalityEnquiries@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk or NationalityEnquiries@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk?

I will cite health issues as a reason for extension, hopefully I will get a reply from home office

Re: ILR for dependant of British Citizen

Hi Amber, PBS calculator doesn't have an option for ILR unless you select some visa type and check the qualification in the next set of screens. So without any original certificates, is it a good idea just to carry Soc from Naric? Photicopies does say that medium of instruction is English.

Thanks for the Reply. I wish i can go down with this option specifying BC and providing the certificate for Reference. But Sponsors Passport Number is mandatory in the Visiting Visa application form. That's the reason i'm inclined to go with Indian Passport Number with ILR Visa. This Option may not ...

Thanks for the prompt reply. I hope it should not make a difference. I would love to get this applied as a British citizen but since Sponsors number is a mandatory field on the Visit Visa application, I'm inclined to go with Indian passport number with ILR Visa.

I have dropped an email to vfsuk.south@vfs-uk-in.com querying my settlement application as it is almost close to 3 months. I know i will get a standard response that the application is still being processed at BHC. Is this the correct contact address?

Applied at VFS hyderabad on 27/03/2012.
