Make sure your CoS is valid for application outside the UK. Hi, I have a valid CoS from my employer to apply for a tier 2 visa. Problem is I have to apply for an entry clearance from my home country. Does anybody know how they make decision on whether to approve or reject an application. Like i said...

I am currently filling the new pbs dependant form. There is a new section about previous uk visa refusals. If the answer is yes, do we need to include the refusal letter as well?

If your husband does not intend to travel outside UK before his current leave expires, then he may switch to dependant of Tier 2 migrant as and when he can meet the requirements ... and definitely before expiry of current leave. He doesn't have to leave UK ... contrary to what had been asserted in ...
